Majority of our financial help will be distributed to individuals who are recommended to us by our point of contacts in various different countries. This strategy is deployed to prevent fraudulent claims.

If an individual is not recommended to us by our point of contacts, if feasible we can arrange a visit by our point of contact, on a case by case basis to see if the financial hardship is a true hardship before the funds are released.
